6th July - Buy my Book on Amazon!

As many of you will know, I like to keep myself constantly challenged, and constantly busy. I give myself new projects all the time, because without motivation to embark on fresh endeavours, we can lose much of our vigour for life, and the last thing I want to be is somebody who is 'bored' or happy to stay in their comfort zone. Life is all about pushing yourself and constantly striving for more, and over the course of the past 6 months or so, I've been doing exactly that.

You see, poetry has always been a real point of passion for myself, something I've covered in previous diary entries. So - having seen the tremendous job of my good friend Sofia A Poetry, I decided to venture down my own path, crafting 'TEN', which is an anthology of poems I've been working on whenever I've felt the creative urge to do so over the past half-year. I've really consciously tried to not 'push' anything, and only work on poems when I've really felt a compelling need to explore a topic in deep poetic form.

I'd like to think that the result is a clear embodiment of that, but like everything, so much of 'success' these days isn't down to your ability in the skillset itself, but your ability to then craft everything else that comes with it. The illustrations, the design of the cover, the marketing, the social media, the admin of the page management itself, and of course... The publishing. I'm absolutely delighted, and emotionally relieved, to say that 'TEN' is now available for purchase on Amazon, and so far, I've been overjoyed by all the positive reviews and feedback. With the theme of the book centring around such a number (RRP £10.10), the Kindle version (available for half of that cost) will also be available this Sunday, the TENTH of July. If you'd like to purchase a copy...
